Shipping and Return Policies
Production times are listed for each item. If you have any questions/concerns prior to ordering, please feel free to reach out to us.
Most items ship within 1-2 business days. Some items may take longer based on order volume and whether or not it is a custom order.
Production time for large custom orders or wholesale requests can take 2-3 weeks based on availability of materials. We will provide you with an estimate when you submit your inquiry.
Domestic orders are shipped with USPS and include tracking/insurance. You can track your order via the USPS tracking tool on their website.
*International* We are not currently shipping internationally. We will expand to offer international shipping in the near future.
Custom items are non-refundable. If there's a problem with the item, we will work with you to get it corrected.
All other items must be shipped back within 7 days of the delivery confirmation shown on the USPS tracking website.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and the return must include a tracking number and original packaging. The product must be in the condition it arrived to you in.
If an item is damaged when you receive it due to shipping, please send a photo immediately. This will be used to process an insurance claim as items are shipped insured. You will receive a replacement item or a refund if the same item (or a similar item of your choosing) is not available.
